Just wanted to let folks know that as I meandered home from the spillway I made a stop at the lower Cherry Glen parking area. At about 11:50 the Heermann’s flew by close to shore and kept going towards the dam. I lost it so don’t know if it went over the dam to the river or not. About 20 minutes later it came by again heading back toward Polk City.

Both the Heermann's Gull and the Red Knots are still present as of 10:15 AM. The knots are distant west of the parking lot and the gull comes and goes, mostly to the south.
