Raptor Observations: The fog was predicted to lift, but it didn't and
on unfavorable winds, just four Ospreys migrated.

Non-raptor Observations: Blue Grosbeak, Wilson's Warbler, Northern
Parula, Prairie Warbler

Site Description
Fort Smallwood Park is located on the western shore of Chesapeake Bay
at the
mouth of the Patapsco River, 11 miles south of Baltimore, MD. Best
winds are
from the southwest.
