I made a stop at Stroud Lake before heading into Stroud for lunch and the OOS Board
meeting.
I didn't have enough time to really cover it very well. The Cackling Geese were a nice
surprise. The flyover Bald Eagle and Pileated Woodpecker were good to see. At the riparian
area about a mile east of the dam, I got a good look at a male Eastern Towhee. This spot
always seems to produce a good number of birds.
