Mike:
Congrats on the VATH today.

And also, thanks for posting the guidelines in your email. There have been quite a few observers who have failed to do this assuming that putting them in their eBird checklists is sufficient! People planning on looking for the thrush are not only looking at eBird but group emails, as well, for guidance.

Hi all,
The Varied Thrush was present this morning at the corner of Philip Dr. and Brenda Ct. in Leonardtown.  It was digging around in the flower bed along the side of the house at 8:30am.

Access guidelines: The homeowners are extremely welcoming. Birders may visit between 8am and 4pm. Visitors may walk on the driveway but please stay on the asphalt, do not go onto the deck, and do not wander around the yard. Please park along the left side of the road between the first house on Philip and this house (both houses are on the left side). If that space is full, please try to avoid parking directly in front of another house.
