Subject: [RV Birds] Re: Why I got a low count for Feeder Watch this AM
Thanks to those who identified the hawk as a Sharp-shinned Hawk;
specifically an immature female. From the attached photo I was able to
estimate the bird's length. The feeder protecter squares are 2". That
makes the bird at least 14" long.
