The Barrow’s Goldeneye is at Elms Environment Center. Viewed from the far north end, south of the pound nets and straight off the point where there is a small bench. It is the closest bird and with a flock of Black Scoters and scaup. There is some driftwood about 100 yards off shore and it is beyond that.
Make sure to park in the hunters parking lot and walk in. It is about a 1 mile walk.
