Subject: Nikon Monarch Binoculars
I've had a pair of Nikon Monarchs since about 2001. Recently they
developed a leak and had gotten some water in one of the tubes. I
contacted Nikon and they completely covered the repair under warranty.

I received a package today and to my amazement, they replaced them with a
brand new model at no cost! I was expecting them to repair the old pair
and would have been happy with that.

They are fantastic binoculars with excellent customer service.
