Observation end time: 15:00:00
Total observation time: 7 hours

Official Counter: John Mercer

Observers: Alan Simon

Visitors:
Five people from the Great Valley Women's Club visited and got great looks
at the Peregrine and at 2 adult Bald Eagles right over their heads

Weather:
Weather was mostly cloudy, but with breaks in the clouds from about 11 on,
with light winds from the South and temperatures climbing into the low 80's

Raptor Observations:
Better day than expected. A Peregrine Falcon popped up and circled around
us for 15 to 20 minutes trying to get lift before finally getting high
enough and moving on. Still have a few straggling Broadwings coming thru,
and a late day push of birds

Non-raptor Observations:
A Double-crested Cormorant, and a Common Loon sailed by. A Common Raven
was out in the notch being harassed by a Cooper's Hawk.
Good Monarch day, with 56 counted
Raptors not counted as migrating: 2 adult Bald Eagle, 2 Red-tailed Hawks
and 2 Cooper's Hawks

Predictions:
Winds will still be out of the South but if the clouds break, it may be
similar to today.
