West Nile Virus is a possibility as it affects corvids especially. I know of a recent rash of it at a rehabber in MD. One possibility at least.

Subject: [JERSEYBI] Sick Blue Jays

I've found 2 dead Blue Jays in my yard recently and have seen 2 others that
look like they are in a stupor.

Is there some kind of disease impacting the jays?
