The Northern Virginia Bird Club visited Leesylvania State Park this morning with the hope that the change of weather would result in a lots of migrants. No such luck. The park was pretty quiet. We managed 50 species but only 5 warblers (yellowthroat, redstart, parula, yellow-throated, and magnolia). Notables were green heron, Baltimore oriole, and white-eyed vireo.
