Weather: Very warm day with 24-31.8C temps. The morning had fairly strong NW winds that shifted to light E breeze after 1pm. The morning flights were out to the west while the afternoon flight shifted to the east side of the gap with the E breeze. No clouds during first 3.5 hours, partly cloudy at 11am, then lots of big, white/grey clouds for remainder of the day. Good visibility.
Raptor Observations: Two Bald Eagles spotted by Dave Hunter: 1st-YR bird at 2:33pm and adult at 3:33pm. The 2-3pm hour was a good Broad-wing hour with 38 total, to the east, mostly in loose groups of 2-8 birds. A female Northern Harrier at 9:27am.
