Subject: [southbaybirds] Audubon Walk at Stevens Creek County Park 7/8/2018
Hi BIrders,
Several of us braved the hot weather and walked about 2 miles starting at the Chestnut parking area, the Rim Trail to the dam and back on the Tony Trail. Given the heat it was not as bad as one would expect. We counted 32 species.

Some highlights
- Caspian Tern flying towards Steven Creek Reservoir.
- Numerous Band-tailed Pigeons.
- A Great Blue Heron that landed in a tall sycamore tree near us
- Wrentits seen and heard
- Two Blue-gray Gnatcatchers seen
