The time is supposed to be a half hour before sunrise. My route for Summit Prairie, east of Prineville, is at 04:46. Of course it doesn’t matter if you run it June 1 or July 1, the time is still 4:46.

Lars & All,

My eastern Oregon counts start at 04:42 but my western Oregon counts start between 04:54 (Santiam) and 05:02 (Umpqua).

Your longitude lines up closer to my Umpqua route starting point. So I'd suggest sleeping in for a few more minutes, and starting at 5 am sharp.
