I checked this site at 10:30 a.m. today (Mon) and saw no ducks. That could mean nothing, as the birds have had a history of coming and going here, in various numbers.

Black-bellied Whistling Ducks were observed, Sun. 7/1 at Nash Rd. Pond, Scott City as of 10:30 a.m.
There were only two seen. We checked the grain pile across the road - possibly others feeding there, none were found.
They were perched on a large stump-like tree in the water at the far end of the pond - bit difficult to see with naked eye.
Close views if you walk down the right side road, but be careful - there is a shoulder, but large trucks frequent.
