Highlights: Northern Parula, Nesting Birds: Eastern Kingbirds, Baltimore Orioles, Cedar Waxwings, Gray Catbirds, Blue Jays, Common Grackles.

Canada Goose - 7
Mallard - 7 Turtle Pond
Mourning Dove - 6
chimney Swift - 2
Herring Gull - 2 flyovers
Double-crested Cormorant - flyover
Black-crowned Night-Heron - 1 or 2 (Upper Lobe, low fly-by Bow Bridge)
Red-tailed Hawk - adult circling w. of Turtle Pond pursued by grackle
Red-bellied Woodpecker - male Balancing Rock, another heard Laupot Bridge
Downy Woodpecker - Azalea Pond, another heard only
Great Crested Flycatcher - Gill Overlook
Eastern Kingbird - pair at nest Turtle Pond Willow Oak (1 bringing food)
Warbling Vireo - 3 (Summer House, the Point, Oak Bridge (Peter Haskel))
Blue Jay - at least one juvenile with 2 more Azalea Pond, others elsewhere
White-breasted Nuthatch - Evodia Field (Gillian Henry)
American Robin - many nest & juveniles
Gray Catbird - singing near nests Tupelo Field & the Point, pairs in other loc'ns
Cedar Waxwing - nest with young Turtle Pond, possible nest near Bow Bridge, etc.
House Finch - 2 on the Point
White-throated Sparrow - 2 together, 1 singing (Azalea Pond & Laupot Bridge)
Baltimore Oriole - 4 (pair Summer House, male Maint. Field nest, male Balancing Rock)
Red-winged Blackbird - pair Turtle Pond
Common Grackle - 2 nests in Willow Oak Turtle Pond, ad. feeding big nestling)
Northern Parula - Summer House, molting adult female with only 2 tail feathers
Northern Cardinal - resident pairs

Insects: Eastern Amberwings (3) & Summer Azures (2).
