Subject: IBET Paul Douglas Forest Preserve (Grassy Ridge Meadow), Cook, Illinois, US
Was in the vicinity of Paul Douglas FP so wanted to stop by to check things
out. No sign of the Common Gallinules I found breeding there last year, but
who knows, they could easily be around. FOY BOBOLINKS and an EASTERN
KINGBIRD were good finds. Other expected marsh birds, and the loneliest
YELLOW-HEADED BLACKBIRD continues his song....
