Subject: National Gallery (of Birds) - in Harpers Ferry today
In the pre-noon heat I found 2 Chestnut-sided warblers and a Blue-throated
Black up at Bolivar Heights, so off in the afternoon heat, first chance, I
ran through Murphy Farm. It was like a National Gallery of birds (this is
how I imagine it), though each one required much work to find. Thanks to
Old Man Winter and the not yet fully formed leaves, most of the birds came
into clear view.
