We still have as many Juncos here in eastern Kent County as we’ve had all winter, still a small flock of American Tree Sparrows, and ten Pine Siskins yesterday (down from a high count of 80 in February). No sign of any migrant songbirds other than the Grackles and Red-winged Blackbirds that have been here for a few weeks. And three Robins.

It must be confused also about spring and is acting like a junco. Winter is not springing into summer, at least not that I’ve noticed.... We had another small snow flurry this morning. Can’t complain though – our daughter and son-in-law had close to 20 inches of snow over the weekend in Waupaca, Wisconsin.
