Weather: Partly cloudy becoming sunny in the last couple hours of
the count; 63-81 degrees; fair to good visibility with haze; winds
southwesterly, 9-15 mph. Finally some warm days and paired up with
favorable winds

Raptor Observations: Good variety again today; high flight which
at the end with sunny skies made for difficult detection

Non-raptor Observations: First of the season: Green Heron, Least
Tern (2), Chimney Swift, Common Yellowthroat. Also, 9 Palm
Warblers (yellow) and a Great Egret. e-bird list:

Site Description
Fort Smallwood Park is located on the western shore of Chesapeake
Bay at the
mouth of the Patapsco River, 11 miles south of Baltimore, MD. Best
winds are
from the southwest.
