Subject: Shorebirds trickling in to the Bootheel: Dowitchers
In the last week or so I've seen Lesser Yellowlegs, Greater Yellowlegs, Least Sandpipers and Long-billed Dowitchers.

Yellowlegs have been found at multiple locations in Dunklin and Pemiscot Counties.

Dowitchers found in two locations in Dunklin County. One flock contained about 29 birds and the other, found today, had about 80 birds.
