My reporting area includes all of Lehigh and Northampton Counties with the
northern edge of the area reaching Beltzville State Park and the southern
edge reaching Peace Valley Park in Bucks County. Updates are typically done
every Friday, more often when necessary.
The next Audubon program will be held on February 9th at 7:00 PM at the
Wildlands Conservancy in Emmaus. Ranae Losey will do a program on the “Bats

At the Church Road area:
ROUGH-LEGGED HAWK – 1 to at least 2/1 (light morph)
ICELAND GULL – 1 to at least 1/31 (first-winter).

WESTERN TANAGER – 1 to at least 1/27 (at 733 Rolling Hills Road).

Cackling Goose – 1 on 1/26
ICELAND GULL – 1 on 1/29 (first-winter).
A little farther afield, a HARRIS’S SPARROW has been seen at a private
feeder at 135 Rickert Road near Doylestown. PLEASE BIRD ONLY FROM THE ROAD.
