Subject: [EBB_Sightings] Shadow Cliffs in the fog, Saturday
Our Golden Gate Audubon field trip to Shadow Cliffs today turned up the expected species in spite of the weather being chilly, foggy, and windy. We saw nothing unexpected except a GREAT-HORNED OWL that appeared to be injured.

The GREAT BLUE HERONS are returning to the rookery, with several birds standing on nests.

Many thanks to Kevin Schwartz for e-birding our walk.
