Weather:
2-15 mph, NE, 0-2C, 50Km, SW flight direction.

Upon arrival: had 1/4 inch of snow on platform (no shoveling required!)
Winds 8-15 mph for 1st two hours
with 99% cloud cover.
From 10am-12pm wind down to 5-8 mph and cc down to 50%. In the afternoon
wind speed quickly fell to 1-3
mph and cloud cover to 5%.




Raptor Observations:
Local raptors: RT 1.
Kettle of 11 TV at 1210 EST.



Non-raptor Observations:
Other locals: Ravens 2, Snow Bunting 5, and many of the usual suspects.
1 deer (up to escape hunters).

Other migrants: 1 Herring Gull, 2 Ravens, 181 Crows.
1 Monarch.





Predictions:
Forecast: Friday: NW winds 14-18 with gusts; sunny but
temps 31 to 27F.
Saturday: NW 5-10 with some gusts, sunny, 16-30F.
