polite while 'crazy-happy" elementary school students.


Weather:
Even with the windy start the height of flights ranged
from low to overhead. Finding birds meant searching blue
skies or the nasty haze. We did manage 3 to 9 birds per
hour; best hours 10am and 1pm.

Raptor Observations:
BE's: sub-adult (4th yr.), 10:15; adult, 1:19.
Locals: TV 5, RT 4.

Non-raptor Observations:
Locals: Common Raven 6, Blue Jay festival day?: 20 plus.
Migrating: 37 Canada Geese and 22 Monarchs.

Predictions:
Friday
Sunny, with a high near 62. Light and variable wind
becoming east 5 to 8 mph in the morning.
(Similar to today? Colder start but lighter E wind.)
