Weather: There was an almost constant misting with some drizzle mixed in for much of the morning, but luckily the afternoon was dry. Winds were light and variable. Most of the day was overcast, with some cloud cover breakup in the afternoon. Temperatures were in the seventies to mid eighties, with high humidity again.
Raptor Observations: Similarly to yesterday, the morning was slow, but things picked up nicely in the afternoon with low-flying birds. The 10,000th raptor of the season was a Cooper's Hawk.
Non-raptor Observations: There was another large movement of dragonflies moving southwards this afternoon. It was quite a spectacle. Other sightings included:
12 Northern Cardinals 3 Wood Ducks 1 Turkey Vulture using the t-pole as a wing drying perch
