Subject: [Va-bird] Occoquan Bay NWR
I spent over 4 hours at Occoquan Bay NWR in Woodbridge this morning.  Only a few migrants were apparent.  I saw quite a few palm warblers, but other warbler species were scarce, with 2 magnolias, 2 chestnut sided, 3 parula, 2 black and white, and a black-throated green.  Other notables were a wood thrush, 2 white-eyed vireos, 2 yellow-billed cuckoos, a least flycatcher, and two flocks of turkeys totalling 22 birds.
