A few dozen day hikers.

NNE wind, 10MPH, with gusts to 15, subsiding to 5MPH later in the day;
heavy cloud cover and hazy. Temps steady at 18C

Raptor Observations:
Fairly steady with non-Broad-wings, BW's came in pulses, just when it
looked the day day would bust open it would die, then when seemly dead it
would pickup again....and so forth. Mid day birds had decent lift later
modest kettles were low and allowing nice looks. NNE winds made for a "fast
flight".
Not many "local" TV's today, a RT had a nice dual with a raven. 2
Non-mirant BE's

Non-raptor Observations:
Canada Goose, Blue Jays Raven (less than 10), Yellow-rumped and Blackpoll
Warblers, American Pipit, and the usual crowd.
