This looks like a Greater Yellowlegs, Joe. Note the bi-colored bill that is
slightly upturned. The length of the bill is also longer than the head
(going from the bill base). (The bill length of a Lesser would be roughly
the same as the head.)

The presence of barring along the flanks (although somewhat faint in this
individual) is also good for this species.
