Weather:
Cloudy, temps in the 60's and 70's. Winds generally out of the western
points all day and calm to light to moderate.

Raptor Observations:
B.E. sub adult going the wrong way-not counted as was a Coop' doing the
same thing.

Non-raptor Observations:
11 migrating (wsw) Nighthawks in the valley south of the watch. 14
Monarchs. Dead porcupine in puddle on top of mtn. being fed upon by local
R.T.'s

Predictions:
Rain! Not good for hawks or Texas Coast and maybe FL. Clearing later in day
may/could produce a short PM flight.
