Subject: [wisb] Bay beach sanctuary
The third warbler walk at Bay Beach Sanctuary was conducted this morning----and there actually were warblers. (Not many but more than the first two walks.) Totals included 8 warblers, 2 vireos, 2 flycatchers and Swainson's Thrushes. About 50 species were tallied for the early morning walk. As of today the Sept 9 walk at the sanctuary may/may not include Cat Island as it has the past few years. A definite answer should be forth coming next week but it is highly questionable at this time.
