Subject: [Va-bird] Birding Rt 610 Augusta County
Hello all

This morning penny Warren & I birded Rt 610 from Mt. Torry Rd up to the Inn at Afton . We hit several pockets of Chickadee & Titmouse which produced several good Warblers. A few of the warblers seen in a flash went unidentified . Things are starting to look good for when migration starts in full swing .

List of migrants & summering birds are as follows .

Eastern Wood -pewee

Red - eyed Vireo

Carolina Chickadee

Tufted Titmouse

White - breasted Nuthatch

Blue - gray Gnatcatcher

Blue - winged warbler ( hybrid ) Brewster's -- 1 best bird of the day

Nashville

Chestnut - sided -- all Imm.

Canada -- Imm -- second best bird of the day .

Scarlet Tanager -- Imm

All in all not a bad morning of birding
