I also spent about an hour at the pull off spot from 3-4 and another hour after that at the nearby housing development that is being started. Did not see the kite in either location.

> In case you missed it, there's an eBird report from Michael Gregory, that he again saw the Swallow-tailed Kite this afternoon (23 August) dated 3:15 PM. Same location, pullout along Bull Run P.O. Road, 1/2 mile S of Braddock Road, Loudoun County. There is room there for 1-2 cars to park. The rough track leading East into the woods there is private property, advise staying next to the road.
