I spent about an hour and a half looking for this bird today with no luck. There was one ebird report of it dated yesterday.

In case you missed it, there's an eBird report from Michael Gregory, that he again saw the Swallow-tailed Kite this afternoon (23 August) dated 3:15 PM. Same location, pullout along Bull Run P.O. Road, 1/2 mile S of Braddock Road, Loudoun County. There is room there for 1-2 cars to park. The rough track leading East into the woods there is private property, advise staying next to the road.
Today is 6 days after the previous observation, exact same location.
