Heartwarming to see the article "Birders keep eyes on projects that could
alter Jackson Park" on the Trib's front page in color in the hard copy.



Another note: I heard at one of the Jackson Park COMMUNITY CONVERSATIONS"
held in June that David Yarnold, National Audubon Society's CEO and
President flew in from the New York to meet with Mike Kelly, CEO Chicago
Park District. It would be very interesting to know the purpose of the
meeting and who else was involved and why during his visit. Usually
top-to-top meetings are about money/grants.
