Subject: [birders] Free ESBA Birding Presentation Tomorrow Evening: 'Berries, Bugs and Snags' by Rosann Kovalcik
Apologies for the short notice.

Please join Erie Shores Birding Association members tomorrow evening
Wednesday April 19th at 7:00 pm for an extremely informative presentation by
Rosann Kovalcik. Rosann currently serves on the Board of Michigan Audubon
as well as Detroit Audubon. She is a Master Gardener and has owned Wild
Birds Unlimited in Grosse Pointe Woods for 24 years

Her 45 minute power point presentation will teach you how to garden with
birds in mind, providing important stop-over habitat for migrant birds and
year-round habitat for resident birds. You'll learn the value of native
plants and how they relate to birds that visit your yard. Handouts of
native plants will be passed out.

As always, the program is open to the public; you need not be an Erie Shores
Birding Association member to attend. Our meetings are in room 201 of the
Life Science Building (denoted with 'L' on building exterior), on the second
floor of Monroe County Community College, 1555 South Raisinville Road,
Monroe, MI. Light refreshments will be served.

Hope to see you there!

Rita Montague
