Subject: Re: [birders] Question re swainson's warbler - in Tennessee
Description sounds more like one of the Waterthrushes. The Warbler Guide app lists both as having similar songs to Swainson's.

But now I am concerned that there may be some disease out there which would be a concern to the DNR. So please keep you eyes open for downed loons, alive or dead, when you are out there birding. You should call the state pathology lab 517-336-5030 and report any you might find. Probably you will have to leave a detailed message. You can also call me for help 734-994-6287. Don’t email me unless it’s a dead one.
