Subject: [birders] Indigo Bunting - very early!
We were quite amazed to have an Indigo Bunting at our feeder this
morning. It is an all time early record for us up here in
southernmost Sanilac County. It is a male bird still molting from
brown to its summer indigo. Not sure if it was coincidental, but we
also had our FOY Chipping Sparrow too.
