Observers:

Visitors:
None.

Weather:
Overcast all day. Rain began at about 10AM, continuing on and off until
about 10:40; after that, a period of occasional light drizzle. Precip.
finally ended at noon, but a strong wind began and continued all afternoon.

Raptor Observations:
The first full hour was by far the best, with a variety of raptors, mostly
TVs, moving ENE to avoid the oncoming rain. Then NOTHING for two hours.
Finally, the vulture migration resumed, with the birds moving eastward,
very high and very fast, carried by the wind,

Non-raptor Observations:
Crows, gulls, starlings; a few robins.

Predictions:
Should be rainless, less windy.
