Weather:
Sunny, 10% cloud cover, with NNW winds 2-6 mph to 11 a.m., when winds
shifted ESE at 5-12 mph.

Raptor Observations:
Two adult male, 4 adult female harriers seen. Local birds included 4 Turkey
Vultures, 2 Ospreys, 2 female Northern Harriers, and 1 Rough-legged Hawk.
Migration stopped abruptly when wind shifted E/ESE at 11 a.m.

Non-raptor Observations:
Tree Swallows and large flocks of Canada Geese migrating. Eastern Towhee
heard, and DC Cormorants and Great Egret seen.

Predictions:
Remainder of week looks to have adverse winds with heavy rain most of
Tuesday. Wednesday a little less rain. Friday more rain.
