Raptor Observations: Another good day for Ospreys. One Osprey, when perched, appeared to have a white bar on the top of the left wing.

Non-raptor Observations: First Purple Martin, Barn Swallow and Caspian Terns (3) of the season; 50 Bonaparte's Gulls; 5 Yellowlegs sp.

Site Description
Fort Smallwood Park is located on the western shore of Chesapeake Bay at the
mouth of the Patapsco River, 11 miles south of Baltimore, MD. Best winds are
from the southwest.
