Raptor Observations: Not much flying under these weather conditions

Non-raptor Observations: Meant to say yesterday that we heard Southern Leopard Frogs calling and counted 116 basking turtles, mostly Red-bellied Cooters, in the pond.

Site Description
Fort Smallwood Park is located on the western shore of Chesapeake Bay at the
mouth of the Patapsco River, 11 miles south of Baltimore, MD. Best winds are
from the southwest.
