Found one adult Black-headed Gull perched on the pier that goes into Back River just downstream from the abandoned restaurant and gas station next to Eastern Avenue. It was with a large number of Bonaparte's Gulls that kept flying back and forth from the river offshore. Time was about 12:15 PM. Also had one yellow Palm Warbler, several Re-breasted Nuthatches and many Ruby-crowned Kinglets in the pine trees north of the nature trail parking lot at the Back River plant.
