Weather: Mostly cloudy at the start after the morning rain/snow, becoming partly cloudy; 40-49 degrees; excellent visibility; winds from the north, sometimes with a northwest component, 7-15 mph, gusting to 16 mph

Raptor Observations: Vultures started to fly as soon as the skies began to clear. An Osprey was carrying a stick toward the area where there was a nest last year

Site Description
Fort Smallwood Park is located on the western shore of Chesapeake Bay at the mouth of the Patapsco River, 11 miles south of Baltimore, MD. Best winds are from the southwest.
