None

Weather:
Hazy sun with heavier clouds to the west that did not reach the watch
before the day was done. Nice light SW wind, but still cold.

Raptor Observations:
A slow start to the day, but it picked up around 1030 EST. Vultures were
the main birds on the move, light but steady through the day and hanging
along the shoreline. Very few hawks. Highlight was a Peregrine Falcon. A
large accipiter, possibly a goshawk, slipped past very high

Non-raptor Observations:
Not much else moving except a few crows.

Predictions:
Continued cold with precipitation in the form of snow or sleet. Doesn't
look good for a flight, nor does the rest of the next several days.
Certainly a slow start to the hawk watching season.
