I unchained myself from my desk and walked down to the Patuxent to see if our resident ospreys had returned. Dipped on the ospreys but did spot at least 37 Green-wing Teal foraging on the extensive mudflats exposed by the extreme low tide. Out on Cocktown Creek, I scared up about a dozen Wood Ducks. Bald eagles seemed to be everywhere....
A beautiful spring day for a walk!
