Weather: Cold with temps in the 20's F. Winds mild westerly turning SE at the end of the day. Snow flurries at the beginning then mostly partly cloudy with no precip.
Raptor Observations: GE sub ad at 12:32 that rose up towards the south part of valley then migrated south.
Non-raptor Observations: Chickadees, nuthatches, tufted titmouses, blue jays, ravens, juncos, downy wp, 5 tundra swans around 11a and what sounded like a large flock of swans in afternoon around 2p but couldn't locate as it moved across valley.
