Weather: A heavy band of snow passed west to east along the ridge in the first hours following sunrise, with some lingering heavy snow showers throughout the morning, Limited visibility, High 33 F, Moderate south winds all morning and tapering off by afternoon, Overcast throughout entire count period
Raptor Observations: Very few birds observed throughout the entire count period, with less than optimal south winds. Two adult Bald Eagles moved down the ridge, with the first cutting low through the gap over the rockpile at eye level before lifting up into the southerly headwind and gliding far out over the valley southbound
