Observers:
Weather: Wind WNW, mostly 4-6 mph, sky mostly cloudy in a.m., but mostly clear 100-230, temp 0-1C.
By 3 p.m., the sky was becoming overcast and the wind had dropped off.
Raptor Observations: GE: 1315 Unk(2), 1336 Ad
BE: 2 Ad
The first two GEs appeared to be over the far AF foothills, the 3rd one was over the near foothills. It is not surprising that the 3 GEs were seen over the foothills when there was some wind off the Front and sun, a good combination for seeing them there.
