Weather: Early morning rain before sunrise lingered and left heavy fog, low cloud ceiling over the ridge during the morning hours, Fog lifted around noon with low overcast for remainder of the afternoon, High in low 40s F
Raptor Observations: Once the fog lifted, the visibility improved after noon. A few Red-tailed Hawks passed along the north side of the ridge flapping steadily, as well as a few Sharp-shinned Hawks.
The highlight on a slower day included an adult Golden Eagle popping up close along the north side of the ridge around 2:30 PM, and passing low while heading out over the valley towards the next ridge to the northwest while continuing south
Non-raptor Observations: Cedar Waxwing 65, Carolina Chickadee 2, Eastern Bluebird 1, American Robin 28, American Pipit 2, American Goldfinch 17, Pine Siskin 1, Dark-eyed Junco 3, White-throated Sparrow 1
