Raptor Observations:
Only a few raptors seen in the high winds. One Osprey, a few Sharp-shinned
and two Cooper's Hawks.
Non-raptor Observations:
Brant, Greater Scaup (5), White-winged Scoter (6), Parasitic Jaeger, N.
Gannet, Tree Swallow (5,000).
Predictions:
Rain and thunderstorms, high 68F, very gusty E/SE winds 25-30mph.
